Our fully integrated service provides a convenient ‘local one stop shop’, saving you time, effort, and money and as everything is carried out under one roof –giving that extra piece of mind that we are working together to lower carbon footprint, and reduce costs and turnaround.
Fabrication & Welding
We carry out all aspects of fabrication works, we have the capabilities to work with a wide range of materials such as cast, copper, mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, polyurethane, plastic, acetals etc. The welding services we include are MIG, TIG and stick. We also have our in-house automated welding system for pipe work.
Folding & Laser Cutting
We pride ourselves in producing high end profiles when metal pressing/folding whether it’s using our larger press, the 3m Edward Pearson 135 tonne CNC press brake) or our smaller 1.5m Adira 35 tonne machine. We also have a hand press which enables us to manipulate some unique pieces.

Machining
In-house facilities include both manual and CNC machining services. With the machinery we use it allows M & J Products Limited to offer all services including milling and turning. This, in addition to our traditional machining capability allows us to accept one off orders, through to production runs.
With the 4-axis CNC machines and our fully experienced staff we can work to an exceptional levels of high accuracy using various materials including stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel, brass, copper, plastics, and composites.
Waterjet Cutting
Dual head waterjet cutting with a maximum cutting area of 4 meters by 2 meters, cutting potential up to 300mm dependent on material.
